Cadillac CTS - Speedometer Challenges
OK, from a product planner's perspective, VehicleVocie can figure out how this happened with the Cadillac CTS speedo in Britain, but it's hard to believe for a car that has a claimed top speed of 145MPH from its 3.6L 257HP V6.

Didn't feel like the V6 would go 260 MPH!
What are your thoughts?

The speedometer doesn't say much about the vehicle. Yes, the CTS has some ponies under the hood but I would give a million dollars to see it hit 200

I think it would be interesting to research how the speedometer effects people’s perception of vehicle performance. More than a few times I’ve heard people say, “Well the speedometer goes up to 160 mile per hour!”
If that ain’t proof or a race-bred vehicle, I don’t know what is!
